CPD Interactive is a boutique provider of online professional development (CPD) or continuing legal education (CLE) training. It was created to offer lawyers a flexible, interactive way to meet their mandatory requirements in each of the four subject areas of: - ethics and professional responsibility
- professional skills
- substantive law
- practice management and business skills.
It is also our goal to build a hub of collaborative professional development learning. CPD Interactive was launched in February 2008 by Natalie Wieland and Samantha Lawry. CPD Interactive delivers on-demand, online training in each of the four areas, on a range of topics. See our authors page for a list of current courses. Delivery can also be customised to meet the needs of different organisations. Modules can be completed any time – including after-hours – and are supported by a 24-hour technical helpline. Each module is designed to take one to two hours, and to be engaging, interactive and very easy to use. It is simply a matter of choosing a module topic and getting started. Progress through the module is recorded by the CPD Interactive system and lawyers can go back into any module they have started but not finished. Why not have a look at a sample or get a feel for what we do by watching our promo video? Modules incorporate text and use different online learning features, including images, video and audio material, all of which enhance the learning experience. New training modules are continually added, reflecting changes to law and practice. Progress is tracked and completion confirmed. Until now you have probably been taking time out to attend seminars, write papers or listen to audio. Under the rules you can also take training through a web-based program or multimedia. Try professional development online, it is easier than you think. There are great reasons to try. You can just get started or you might wish to learn more by taking a look at our frequently asked questions . Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or feedback at all, or would like to talk to us about how to contribute to our site. We would love to hear from you.
